Ice cream
Ice cream (Gelato in italian) is a complete and well-balanced food, so tasty that it is a treat for both kids and adults.
Following the Italian gelato tradition, each of our flavors is handmade using only natural and healthy fresh ingredients. Hydrogenated fats, artificial flavors and mixes are banned. Thus our intense, full-flavored gelato is easy to digest.
The Creams
Our handmade ice cream flavors use only top-quality ingredients – fresh whole milk, fresh cream, and pasteurized egg yolks.
Exotic ingredients include vanilla from Tahiti, whole pistachios from Bronte, hazelnuts from the Langhe, Amarelli licorice from Calabria, Van Houten cocoa powder, Marsala wine Pellegrino, fresh ricotta, mascarpone and yogurt.

Fruit sorbets
Our sorbets are handmade using only seasonal fruit, water, sugar, and nothing else.
Milk and cream are used only for coconut, banana and chestnut.
